Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of SFDIFY Partners (partners.sfdify.com), operated by SFDIFY LLC (“SFDIFY”, “we”). By creating an account or applying you agree to them. Each program you join also has its own program agreement, which you accept in the Partner Portal; if the two conflict, the program agreement governs that program.

Eligibility and your account

  • You must be 18 or older and give accurate information when you apply.
  • Applications are reviewed by SFDIFY and may be approved or declined at our discretion.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure, whether you use a password or Sign in with Google.

Promoting SFDIFY products

  • Clearly disclose that you earn a commission when you recommend our products, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and similar laws where your audience lives.
  • Do not make false or misleading claims, or promise results the product does not offer. CostRefund is not affiliated with Costco and MyCheck is not affiliated with USCIS; never suggest otherwise.
  • Do not send spam, buy fake traffic, refer yourself or accounts you control, or use any method that misrepresents where a customer came from.
  • Use the creatives and brand guidelines provided in the Partner Portal.

Commissions and payouts

  • Commission rates, attribution windows and eligible purchases are set in each program agreement.
  • Commissions are subject to the hold period and minimum payout shown in your Partner Portal, and are reversed if the underlying purchase is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent.
  • Payouts are made through Stripe to the account you connect. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Suspension and termination

We may warn, suspend or remove a partner, freeze payouts under review, or reverse commissions for breaches of these terms or a program agreement, including fraud. You may leave the program at any time by contacting us; commissions already earned and not reversed remain payable under the program rules.

Disclaimers and liability

The program and site are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, SFDIFY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the commissions owed to you in the three months before the claim.
