Privacy Policy

SFDIFY Partners (partners.sfdify.com) is the partner and affiliate program operated by SFDIFY LLC (“SFDIFY”, “we”). This policy explains what we collect when you apply to or take part in the program, and when someone follows a partner’s referral link.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and, if you set one, a password (stored only as a one-way hash).
  • Sign in with Google: if you choose it, Google shares your name, email address and whether that email is verified. We do not receive your Google password, contacts, files or any other Google data.
  • Application details: country, partner type, company name and website, the channels and social profiles you list, audience size and how you plan to promote our products.
  • Payout details: payouts are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your bank and tax information; we store only your Stripe account reference, payout status and the last four digits of your bank account.
  • Program activity: your referral links, referred signups and purchases, commissions, payouts, agreements you accept and support messages.
  • Referral link visits: when someone clicks a partner link we record the time, browser type, device, approximate country, referring page and a one-way hash of the IP address (we do not store the raw IP address), and set first-party cookies so the referral can be credited: a visitor ID (up to 400 days) and a click ID (up to 90 days).

How we use it

  • To create and secure your account and review your application.
  • To credit referrals to the right partner, calculate commissions and pay you.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, self-referrals and abuse of the program.
  • To send account, payout and program emails, and to answer support requests.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Google user data

Information received from Google is used only to create your account and sign you in. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it and do not share it with third parties except the service providers below that are needed to run your account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that run the program for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payouts), Resend (email) and Google (sign-in, if you use it).
  • The SFDIFY products you promote (such as Segeo, CostRefund, MyCheck and Yolda AI), only as needed to attribute the customers you refer.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and program data while your account is active, and longer only where needed for payout, tax and accounting records or to resolve disputes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to close your account, by emailing info@sfdify.com. If you signed in with Google you can also remove SFDIFY Partners’ access at any time from your Google Account settings.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie (up to 30 days) to keep you signed in, a browser setting to remember your light or dark theme, and the referral cookies described above. We do not use advertising cookies on partners.sfdify.com.

Eligibility

The program is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
